Alperen Sengun (HOU) Under 9.5 Rebounds

Alperen Sengun has been playing an increased role for the Houston Rockets this season, averaging nearly 30 minutes per game compared to his rookie year, where he averaged around 20 minutes per game.

Despite this increased playtime, he has still averaged fewer than 9 rebounds per game this season.

Additionally, after a few games where he struggled defensively, his minutes were limited against both the Warriors and the Trailblazers.

According to head coach Stephen Silas, Alperen Sengun’s benching was due to opponents taking advantage of his defensive weaknesses. This could become a trend for him, it also means that he will have fewer opportunities to grab boards.

James Harden (PHI) Under 6.5 Rebounds

James Harden is an integral part of the Sixers team this season, leading the team in assists per game. While he’s undoubtedly making an impact on the offense with his playmaking and scoring abilities, he’s slowing down in terms of grabbing rebounds.

In previous years, James Harden had been averaging close to 8 rebounds per game, but this season he’s only averaging less than 6 rebounds per game.

In fact, in the last 5 games, he’s averaged exactly 6 rebounds, with 3 of those games having 6 or fewer rebounds.
