This season Reilly Smith is averaging about 2.5 shots on goal per game. Which is a slight improvement from previous seasons.

Jake DeBrusk (BOS) Under 2.5 Shots on Goal

Throughout the season, Jake DeBrusk has been a force to be reckoned with, averaging an impressive 3 goals per game. However, in recent games, he has slowed down a bit. In fact, in 5 out of the last 6 games, DeBrusk has had 2 or fewer shots on goal in each game.

DeBrusk’s slowdown may be attributed to his recent injury, which kept him out of play for over six weeks after getting hurt during the stadium game at Fenway Park. During his absence, the Boston Bruins managed to win 12 out of 17 games.

Upon his return, DeBrusk was warmly welcomed back, and for the most part, he seems to be back where he left off. However, it appears that he is still working to regain his groove on the ice.

Evgeni Malkin (PIT) Over 0.5 Assists

Evgeni Malkin has been an absolute powerhouse for the Pittsburgh Penguins this season and is undoubtedly one of the most beloved players by fans. With a remarkable 23 goals and 44 assists under his belt, Malkin has racked up an impressive 67 points.

While Malkin ranks second on the Penguins in assists, with 44 for the season, he is only beaten out by his longtime teammate Sidney Crosby, who has managed to pull off 49 assists. It’s no surprise that these two players have the most assists, as they have each other to pass the puck to on the ice!

In recent games, Malkin has continued to shine. In fact, in 6 of the last 8 games, he has had at least 1 assist in each game, and in two of those games, he had multiple assists. Against the Blue Jackets, Malkin pulled off an impressive 3 assists, and against the Oilers, he managed to secure 2 assists.
